Our history
In the summer of 2019, the restaurant and cocktail bar Wi.De was born in the prestigious Quadrilatero Romano in Turin.
We are Enrico and Alessandro, respectively nicknamed Wind and Dema (hence the name Wi.De), two young friends united by a passion for catering.
Wi.De Quadrilatero is an elegant and at the same time informal restaurant, which shows off its best during the summer, thanks to a large (in English wide) outdoor area located in Piazzetta della Visitazione.

This location, directly in the center of the Quadrilatero di Torino, is the ideal place for an evening in total relaxation.
The gastronomic proposal is represented by Chef Enrico, whose contemporary cuisine blends tradition with innovation. Our menus are elaborated strictly following the seasonality of raw materials.
We present a great variety within the dishes we offer, including fish and land products, with innovative recipes and experiments.
Our experiments allow you to make a long journey within the culinary tradition of the various Italian regions, starting right from Piedmont.
The restaurant also offers the possibility, starting from 17.00, to be able to enjoy our Gourmet Aperitif.

In the late afternoon you can sit in the splendid lounge in the center of Turin and enjoy our aperitif, represented by a series of tapas, called “CIT” in Piedmontese dialect, accompanied by a selection of wines, beers and cocktails.
The food and wine tour continues even after dinner.
The restaurant, a historic cocktail bar, offers a huge selection of spirits, with a menu dedicated exclusively to cocktails.

From the Langhe, where they were born in the twentieth century, directly to the center of Turin.
It is the dish that distinguishes our restaurant.
Our recipe includes the addition of matcha tea, lemon and Piedmontese hazelnuts, to create an innovative flavor.

Duck in the Harbor
Duck, cream of carrots, leeks and Porto.
For the latter we slowly move from Piedmont to the international arena, to experience together one of the dishes most voted by our guests.
The tender duck meat blends perfectly with the cream of carrots and leeks.
In this dish you will be able to rediscover our international contamination, thanks to the sauce with Porto, a traditional fortified wine from Portugal.
